Subscription Tiers & Pricing

Redesigning the existing subscription models for Taskeeper.com introducing a simplified and scalable three-tiered structure. New tiers are: Basic (Free), Professional, Custom Enterprise. Each tier is designed to accommodate the operational scale and needs of different company sizes—from small to large companies.

Billing & Invoicing

A new feature that allows Real Esate & Construction companies to generate invoices based on completed tasks or milestones from the project’s work breakdown structure (WBS).

Project Management Enhancement - Completion Report

The final completion report will be available for projects when all construction and contractual obligations have been completed, in which the contractor notifies the project owner (Client) that all the technical and performance requirements set out in the construction contract have been met and confirms that the agreed technical and performance requirements set out in the construction contract have been met.

Communication & Collaboration

Powerful capability that aims to centralize communication, reduce external tool dependency (e.g. WhatsApp, email), and keep discussions tied to the context of ongoing work. Via Taskeeper, users will be able to post comments directly on projects, proposals, tasks and events, allowing for real-time and asynchronous communication related to specific work items. Also providing a light-weight chat spaces for quick and easy collaboration between team members (one-on-one or group conversations) without leaving the platform.
